Name: Breed for Speed Challenge (Competition)

Start Date: 12:01am Wed 12 May 2022 UTC
End Date: 12:01am Wed 16 May 2022 UTC
Winners announced: Within 7 days of the Competition End Date.
Eligibility requirement: Entrants must be 18+ at the time of entry and hold a NASCAR ZED Pass as at 12.01am 9 May 2022 UTC (Eligible Entrants).
Eligible Entrants may only enter ZED RUN Racehorses that are unraced prior to the Competition period in the Competition (Eligible Racehorses).
Each Discovery and Griffin Class races entered by an Eligible Racehorse shall qualify for the Competition (Eligible Races).
Winners & Prizes: Total of $20,000 USD equivalent of wETH paid to 200 winners:
$100 for the top 25 horses by Bloodline with highest aggregate number of first, second and third places in Eligible Races (100 Winners in total); and
$100 for the top 25 horses by Bloodline with the most number of fourth places in Eligible Races (100 Winners in total)

Competition Terms & Conditions
In addition to the terms and conditions found at https://zed.run/terms, the following rules shall apply:
1.The entrant in the Competition irrevocably agrees to the terms and conditions of the Competition as a condition of entering the Competition. 
2.VHS may cancel the Competition at any time without penalty or liability to any entrant or any other person. 
3.VHS accepts no liability to any entrant with respect to the outcome of the Competition. 
4.Entry to the competition is automatic by participating in a ZED RUN race during the Competition period. 
5.Entrants may make multiple entries by participating in multiple races. 
6.Entrants may only win a maximum of four Prizes (such that each wallet associated with an Eligible Racehorse will receive no more than $400 of Prizes). 
7.Prizes will only be awarded to entrants who have complied with all of the terms, conditions and instructions set out in both these terms and any other terms and conditions (including entry requirements) published about the Competition (including any direction to take any actions on any social media channel). 
8.Prizes will be transferred in wETH to the Winners within 3 days to the Metamask wallet address associated with the Eligible Racehorse as at the beginning of the Competition period. 
9.The Competition is conducted from and subject to the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
