Name: NFT NYC Signup Promotion (“Promotion”)

Skins: An NYC Liberty ZED RUN Racehorse Skin issued by Tactic Lab Ltd (“Skin”)
Eligibility Requirements: Any new user that opens a ZED RUN account (“Stable”) for the first time during the Promotion period and enters at least 10 races with their own (purchased) racehorse(s) by the End Date of the Promotion (“Eligible Stable”) will be eligible to receive a Skin (eligibility is not extended to races entered with racehorses on loan or trial, transferred for free from an existing Stable, or otherwise not owned by the Stable).
Number of Winners: Each Eligible Stable will be issued a Skin.
In addition to the terms and conditions found at https://zed.run/terms, the following rules shall apply:
1.The entrant in the Promotion irrevocably agrees to the terms and conditions of the Competition as a condition of entering the Promotion.
2.Entrants may not create a new Stable and transfer racehorses from an existing Stable to the new Stable for the purposes of becoming an Eligible Stable.
3.Tactic Labs Ltd shall issue all Skins. VHS does not issue or control the issue of Skins. Tactic Labs Ltd may impose further conditions upon the issuance or use of Skins.
4.VHS may cancel the Promotion at any time without penalty or liability to any entrant or any other person.
5.VHS shall determine the eligibility of Stables in its absolute discretion and its decision is final.
6.VHS accepts no liability to any entrant with respect to the outcome of the Promotion.
7.Entry to the Promotion is automatic by participating in ZED RUN races during the Promotion period.
8.Entrants may only receive one Skin (such that if an Eligible Stable has multiple racehorses that have entered into 10 or more races, they will only be issued one Skin per Stable).
9.Skins will only be awarded to entrants who have complied with all of the terms, conditions and instructions set out in both these terms and any other terms and conditions (including entry requirements) published about the Promotion (including any direction to take any actions on any social media channel).
10.The Skins will be airdropped to the Winners by Tactic Labs Ltd within 8 weeks of the Promotion’s End Date to the wallet address associated with the Eligible Stable (and the entrant consents to VHS sharing that wallet address with Tactic Labs Ltd for such purpose only).
