The following prizes can be won:
A racehorse valued at the amount of ETH equivalent to $100USD at the time of purchase
A ZED RUN Merchandise Bundle including:

Beanie - $30
Hat - $35
Hoodie - $80
T-shirt - $40

Prizes are limited to one per participant. 
There will be 1 (one) winner selected.

The Prizes will be distributed to the Winner in accordance with the below terms.
When ?
The Promotion will start at 12:00 AM on January 23rd 2023 UTC and end at 11:59 PM on February 15th 2023 (UTC). (‘Promotion Period’).

In addition to the terms and conditions found at https://zed.run/terms, the following rules shall apply:


1.Each entrant in the Promotion irrevocably agrees to the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the decisions of Virtually Human Studio Pty Ltd (ACN 636 113 409) (‘VHS’), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
2.VHS may cancel the Promotion at any time without penalty or liability to any entrant or any other person, and VHS is not required to give written notice in advance of the cancellation.
3.VHS accepts no liability to any entrant with respect to the outcome of the Promotion.
4.VHS shall determine eligibility, winners, and resolve any tiebreaks in its absolute discretion and its decision is final.
5.VHS reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates Promotion rules, engages in dishonest behaviour, or breaches the ZED RUN terms and conditions. 
6.Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. 
7.Prizes will only be awarded to an entrant who has complied with all of the terms, conditions and instructions set out in both these terms and any other terms and conditions (including entry requirements) published about the Promotion (including any direction to take any actions on an authorised social media channel).
8.VHS reserves the right to arrange to substitute the prize for another of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize is unavailable. 
9.If prizes are not claimed within 28 days of notification, the prizes will be forfeited.
Eligibility requirements
The competition is open to individuals who are over 18 years old at the commencement of the Promotion Period and who are residents of regions where the Promotion is not prohibited by law.
