ZED Champions Rollout Plan

There are five phases of development:

• Phase 1 - Internal Testing - This is the longest phase with tests ranging from small systems functionality to piecing together core gameplay mechanics and performance. NOW COMPLETE.

• Alpha or Phase 2 - Begins once we have confirmed internal signals. This will be open to a small group of ZED RUN players to collect feedback on gameplay, useability issues, engagement and UX. Dates are flexible based on progress towards internal benchmarks. IN PROGRESS.

• Phase 3 - Closed Beta is expected by March 2025, leading to Phase 4 - Open Beta, and then full launch. The emphasis will be on thorough testing and quality before advancing phases.

• Phase 5 = GTM!
